There are many roofing companies to choose from in the Low Country of South Carolina where I reside. After several attemps to get our damaged roof replaced only Roofing USA was able to accurately assess the damage to qualify for the insurance for our new roof. Came and did my inspection. I knew I had a leak and they found it! Now the only question was " What will the repair cost?". Well he went up on the roof and repositioned a rubber seal... took all of 10 minutes and there was no charge.I'm impressed.

My wife and I really appreciated the piece of mind of the inspection... felt like it was an honest look at what was going on with our roof. The good news was "Nothing". Jimmy seemed very kind and very courteous.

John showed up on time and did a thorough inspection of the attic area and discovered existing leaks but due to weather conditions (raining) could not do the roof inspection. He is a very professional gentleman and left an excellent impression on us.We’ve made a new appointment when he’ll come and do the roof inspection and provide us a proposal to install new roof. John Burley was incredibly helpful. We called because of a leak we were having. He did a full inspection of our roof and came back with an estimate of what was needed instead of trying to sell us on a full replacement. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to fix an issue but hesitant they would feel pressure to replace the entire roof.

Roofing USA was one of three contractors that were called to do an inspection of my roof to determine as to whether it needed repair work or replacement. The other two contractors wanted to do repair work only. Roofing USA was the only one that got my house insurer involved. Upon inspection of both it was determined that damage was caused by a previous hailstorm and it was determined that the roof needed to be redone. Roofing USA did a fantastic job repairing some bad boards and replaced the roof on my house and also two sheds that are in my backyard. The job was handled very well and they clean up after the job was completed went extremely well. Very attentive during project. Jason came to my home and explained the whole project and his employees showed up on time and did the project in a timely fashion. Once done they came back a day later to do final touch up work. They kept the site clean worked around weather delays to complete the project without delay. All questions carefully answered. A tree hit our roof as a result from the Hurricane Ian. I contacted roof U.S.A. day of the incident they were out the next morning to assess. Quoted and scheduled repair and were fixed Within a week. Professional prompt and very easy to work with. There was 1 mis-Que that they identified and fixed no charge. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Hurricane Ian left its mark on our house and we contacted Roofing USA to evaluate our damage. We were worried about a leak but they came quickly to inspect and let us know we weren’t in as bad of shape as we imagined. Jason Davey was so helpful when I first inquired about some problems I was having with my roof. He sent Cooper over the next day and from that point on they walked us through everything on getting a new roof. Roofing USA did a wonderful job. Tom and crew were professional and efficient from the start. Tom helped us with insurance and with neighborhood permitting. The crew arrived on time on the scheduled day and finished in one day! They left our property neat and clean as if they hadn’t even been there. We were so happy with their work and highly recommend!

Jimmy Serrano was the agent I dealt with he was informative and pleasant through the whole process. He made it easy to get this done. Even though my insurance company refused the first request he went back to them with his information and photos and we got approval. He was on site during the installation. Roofing USA rep Bettina Obst came to my house for a roof inspection. She was both professional and charming. I accompanied her on the inspection which includes both roof outside of the house and the gutters. She highlighted any possible deficiencies for me and assured me that all areas were in good shape with no repairs required.

I called the company to come out to inspect my roof for a leak that I noticed. They were responsive. Jimmy arrived 5 minutes early from the time scheduled. Jimmy was thorough in his inspection and shared with me what the next step in the process would be.He communicated with the corporate office and made the necessary arrangements for next steps in the process.

Tom Lang with Roofing USA performed a roof inspection and then after insurance company approval a full roof replacement due to hail damage. During a significant wind and hail storm we were faced with two significant leaks coming through the ceiling. We requested that Roofing USA inspect the roof and address what was causing the leak. Cooper was the lead who assisted us. He was extremely professional accountable and most of all responsive. He and his crew identified significant storm-related damage and assisted us in filing a claim with our insurer. Most importantly they tarped the effected areas of the roof to prevent against additional damage. This also gave us some leeway to delay the repair as we learned that the extent of the damage warranted a roof replacement. Cooper assisted us in dealing with the insurer and was quick to provide pictures and an explanation to help justify payment for the replacement. The replacement itself was a challenge but that was a function of the weather. The crew did their best to work between rainstorm to complete the replacement as quickly as possible. When we identified soffit damage that resulted from the roof leak Cooper saw to it that the damage was repaired and helped supplement the claim to get it covered. At the end of the day Cooper and Roofing USA made promises and consistently delivered on those promises. They went above and beyond to ensure they exceeded expectations throughout the process. Although I hope to never have to replace a roof again if I do I’ll definitely be calling Roofing USA.

John Burley was a fantastic representative for Roofing USA! He was very friendly and easily accessible if I needed to communicate with him. The roofing crew is crazy fast! They did the entire roof in one day! I'm still giving 5 stars even though a patch of grass in the yard was wilted because something was set on it in the extreme heat. That might have contributed to it. Being able to get this done through insurance saved me a ton and John does a lot of the work for you. I did not contract with USA Roofing to replace my roof today but I plan to use then the next time I need a roof on any of my properties. USA Roofing was doing work next door and asked to inspect my roof for damage while in the area. I knew what the results was going to be. They are a roofing company! Of course they are going to recommend a roof!!!But given that I know nothing about my current roof (age condition etc) I decided to let them look knowing what the results would be.Well guess what Cody came down off the roof he estimated its age as only around 5-6 years old and said it looked good. What!?!?! Cody flipped the script on me and confused me with honesty integrity and professionalism. I was unsure what to do at that point.Cody did not make a sale today but he probably made a customer for life. As long as they do a good job on the next roof I need I will probably use them for all my roofs from now on. When a company is honest and does good work why would you not continue to use them?I can not speak of their work yet but I am impressed that they did not take advantage of me. Words cannot truly describe the level of Customer Service offered by Tom Lang from from Roofing USA in the handling of our Hail Damage Claim. Tom handled our Claim in its entirety. He called in the initial report to our Insurance Co. He personally met with our Carrier's assigned Claim's Inspector and they physically went on the roof together. He communicated continually with our Carrier's Inside Claim's Adjuster and so much more.Unfortunately our Claim was mishandled by the Claim's Dept. who lost the initial Approved Inspection Report and reassigned our Claim to a different Inside Adjuster which ultimately resulted in our Claim being "Denied."Due to Tom's innate quality of loyalty to his Customers he never gave up. He contacted the Claim's Dept. on our behalf and respectfully submitted continual detailed evidence of the legitimacy of our Claim. His perseverance eventually got our "DENIED" Claim "APPROVED" due to his tenacity honesty and dedication to the Appeal Process.Tom is articulate intelligent professional and well-mannered as well as dedicated to representing his Customers to the absolute best of his abilities. I had a roofing company do an inspection recently and after about 10 minutes on the roof they reported "significant" hail damage and helped me to file a claim right away. I didn't feel right about the whole experience so I cancelled the claim. Then John B. from Roofing USA shows up and I decided to get a second opinion. John spent about 40 minutes on the roof in 94 degree sunshine and he reported my roof is in good shape and couldn't find any damage from hail. This was my first time making a claim against my homeowners insurance. Cody helped me navigate the (overly complicated) waters of doing so and handled the submission of the initial claim when the field adjuster came and the final paperwork to the insurance company. The crew was timely and got the job done in one day. They cleaned up quite well I think my back deck is cleaner when they left than when they came!

I found roof damage due to a storm. Project manager John Burley was at my house and on my roof in 2 days. He was very professional and organized. He walked me through the insurance claim process. He even met with the insurance adjuster (back on the roof) when he came to inspect the damage. After the insurance was settled Mr. Burley scheduled the roof replacement. The workers were on time and completed the job in just 2 days. I am extremely impressed with everyone involved with this project. Their teamwork and organization was done with military precision. I would highly recommend this company for anyone needing roofing services.

We were very impressed with the quality of service we received from Roofingusa. From the day Cody Lemon knocked on our door to enquire about the condition of our roof to his inspection of the project after completion he displayed professionalism competence and familiarity with the products to be used. With every interaction his manner was polite friendly and approachable. He persevered in dealing with our reluctant insurance company's adjusters in pointing out storm damage and secured their agreement that the roof needed to be replaced. Tim and Cooper at Roofing USA stayed on top of the entire process from inspection of our roof dealing with the insurance company to completion and inspection of the new roof. Along the way the communication and personal attention were excellent. The roofing team took their time on a complicated roof and made sure everything was done well. Professionals at every step.

Everyone dreads a leaking roof especially if you discover that leak by watching water drip out of your ceiling. I began the long and painful search for a roofing contractor. I called no less than 10 roofing companies; filled out contact forms only to be greeted with zero responses. Weeks of reaching out to companies go by when on my street I spotted a roofing company truck for RoofingUSA. I walk up and introduce myself to Cooper. I tell him I have a leak and ask if he could take a look. Cooper tells me he has an appointment at that moment but gets my number and say’s he’ll call or text me when he can come take a look. Later that same day which surprised me Cooper called and says I can come take a look and see what’s happening. After about 15 minutes after Cooper walked out on the roof he came back down and said You have an insurance claim here as you have pretty extensive hail damage. Ok good news bad news. I need a new roof and minus my deductible my insurance company should pay for it. After talking things over with Cooper I decided to go with a metal roof to replace my shingle roof; to hopefully keep me from doing another roof replacement. As an additional complication I have solar panels that would need to be removed and re-installed. The roofers got to work did an excellent job of keeping the debris to a minimum and the metal roofing fabricators were absolute craftsmen; hand forming and fitting each and every metal segment. I was very satisfied with the Roofing USA team and the work they completed. The Solar company however I wound’t recommend. In removing the solar panels they managed to scratch a third of them The beautifully crafted metal roof ridge cap must have been used as a trampoline by the Solar crew; they managed to separate most of the rivets holding it in place they also punched large holes throughout the screen in my back porch. So why then would I give roofing USA five stars? The stood behind their product and their subcontractors. Roofing USA addressed each and every concern making sure I was satisfied. That’s why I recommended Roofing USA to several of my neighbors who also had hail damage and were in need of a new roof too.

They were the ones who can in gave a good bid contacted my insurance .It took 2 days to out the whole roof on4 stories upI don't have enough good things to say.

I asked my neighbor why he was getting a new roof since our houses were built around the same time (12 years ago). He said he had hail damage from a storm that recently came through. He gave me Cooper's card with Roofing USA. Cooper answered the phone when I called and was at my house with a drone later that afternoon. He and Tim went up on the roof and took pictures of what was obviously hail damage. Cooper and Tim helped me file a claim with my homeowners insurance and took care of everything from start to finish. They worked directly with my insurance company to get the claim approved (it wasn't easy!) and communicated with me throughout the entire process start to finish. Cooper Tim and the entire Roofing USA team were a pleasure to work with and I couldn't be happier with my new roof! If you live in Mt. Pleasant have them come out and check to see if you too had hail damage from a storm that came through the summer of 2021. There is no charge for the inspection and you might end up with a brand roof for just your deductible.

I just got my 20 year old roof replaced through an insurance claim due to hail damage. Roofing USA walked me through the whole process with the insurance company quickly scheduled the work and got the roof replaced in 2 days. Although it was loud and messy for two days the crew came back on the third day and did a thorough clean up around the entire house. The roof looks great but of course it is too soon to know the level of quality (i.e. lack of leaks) until it has been tested with the weather. Based on my experience so far I would highly recommend Roofing USA.

Let me start by saying I did not have the opportunity to utilize the company's services. However I have no doubt they would have performed an outstanding job on my roof. When I contacted the company for an estimate they set up an appointment within 48hrs. I had the pleasure of working with CODY. He was very professional informative and VERY instrumental in getting my insurance claim bought by State Farm Insurance Company (that's not an easy thing to accomplish🙄). Unfortunately the two companies couldn't agree on total damage costs ( SF is stingy!) and I didn't have the funds beyond my deductible. Alas there was a lesson to be learned...I need to change my insurance company!

The sales team were so informative and friendly. They took the lead on speaking with our insurance company. We were only approved for half of the roof to be replaced and Roofing USA insisted on an entire replacement. It was no additional cost to me.The roofing crew were fast (2 days) friendly quiet (as quiet as removing a roof could be) and clean.The entire time 4 roofers were removing shingles 1 was on the ground cleaning up. It was wonderful to have someone keeping my yard tidy so I could let my dogs out when the time came.One of my screens were nicked by a falling shingle and they replace it immediately as well as the one right next to it just so it didn't look faded.I was completely taken care of from start to finish and now I have the best looking roof on the block.

They made the process of replacing my roof easy by walking me through the upcoming steps. Started by helping with the insurance company the scheduling showing up early on starting day and completed the job in a day and a half. The crew did a great job on the roof and an excellent job in cleaning up after completion. (As a matter of fact I tried to contact the owner company that put the last roof on my house and he strung me along for months either ignoring my calls or not showing when he said they would.) Roofing USA was prompt courteous and professional. The price for a 30 year roof was less than I expected. The crew that performed the work was knowledgeable experienced and skilled. They got to work early and they stayed until dark. They replaced decking that needed to be replaced. They didn’t cut corners and they finished the job quickly. Finished the work in 2 days and 3 different people inspected the finished product.I could go on but let’s just leave it here and say that I felt very satisfied with Roofing USA.
